Indigenous observer, Brad Lander, and Jennifer Smits counted animals seen at low level and 200m on either side of the aircraft.

"It is just great that both candidates have put ambitious plans on the table," said Brad Lander, director of the Pratt Center for Community Development.

Brad Lander, the center's director, says the big surprise is that there aren't even more families in the shelter system.

"Housing is well below market value, so lower-income and working-class families have been able to stay many years," said Brad Lander, the executive director.

"The administration is feeling a lot of heat and pressure on this issue," added Brad Lander, director of the Pratt Center for Community Development.

But Brad Lander, the executive director of the Fifth Avenue Committee, a community group, criticized the jobs' nature.

Brad Lander, who works with community groups on planning issues, sees a contradiction in the city policy to downzone these neighborhoods.

"It's becoming clear that middle-class families can't find a place to live," said Brad Lander, director of the Pratt Center for Community Development.

"That's almost the cultural ethos of Seventh Avenue," Brad Lander, a local civic leader, said.

"There is very little city property left around here," said Brad Lander, executive director of the Fifth Avenue Committee, in lower Park Slope.
