"I guess his Bronx bias was coming through," Sergeant Burke said.
"It appears at this time that it was an accident," Sergeant Burke said.
Last night around 6:40, there was another robbery, Sergeant Burke said.
She was sexually abused by a man who approached her from behind, said Sergeant Burke.
"He was from the warrior class," Sergeant Burke said.
"He told me he thought he'd retire," Sergeant Burke said.
Sergeant Burke said there was no record of domestic-abuse complaints at the Rivera home.
As the driver was talking to the police, Sergeant Burke said, the passengers demanded that he return to the vehicle and robbed him of $85.
Sergeant Burke said that in recent months, 12 other incidents had been reported in Midtown.
Sergeant Burke said it was unclear whether anyone had reported becoming ill from those incidents.
