- The three verbs together form a verb catena (in purple).
- All regular verbs, regardless of conjugation, form the imperative mood in the same way:
- Both groups are not too numerous: most Polish verbs cannot form iterative counterparts.
- Regular verbs form their past and past participle by adding ed (d).
- Two of the four decks feature present tense Latin verbs forms that the student must translate while playing the game.
- That is, a properly conjugated verb can form a sentence by itself.
- Both a noun and a verb, without endings, can alone form a sentence.
- The auxiliary verbs of a language form a closed class, i.e. there is a fixed, relatively small number of them.
- A verb can form a grammatical sentence by itself.
- Stress tends to fall on the prefix, when it exists, and can lead to subtle differences of meaning (see the verb forms below).
