Laetitia Casta : Falbala (Panacea)

At the end of the 1960s he started to create his large sculpture-habitations, such as 'Tour aux figures', 'Jardin d'Hiver' and 'Villa Falbala' in which people can wander, stay, and contemplate.

In this language he felt free to work three dimensionally, not only on sculptures but also on abstract forms and even on architectural designs, like the Closerie Falbala that he built on a hillside at Périgny-sur-Yerres outside Paris in the mid-1970's.

The live-action film also has a strong cast, with Christian Clavier as Asterix, Gerard Depardieu as Obelix, Roberto Benigni as Detritus, Caesar's treacherous sidekick, and the model Laetitia Casta as Falbala, Obelix's love interest.
