Centre for Cooperation Poland-China Confucius Institute is a non-profit public utility institution whose mission is promoting Chinese language and culture.

The Christoph Merian Stiftung (CMS) is a non-profit-making public utility institution, with its seat in Basel (Switzerland).

On November 17, 1982 the club was recognized as a Public Utility Institution and it seemed to help them as they came second within the league and won premotion to the second tier for the first time at the end of 1982/83 season.

With her death the will of her husband became legally binding and the public utility institution Christoph Merian Stiftung came into effect and inherited the manor Brüglingen and the five affiliated farmyards (Singerhof, St. Jakob, Ziegelhütte, Unter- und Vorder-Brüglingen)
