register of entrepreneurs

The NCR consists of the register of entrepreneurs, the register of associations and other social and professional organisations, foundations and public health care institutions, the register of insolvent debtors.

According to the Law on the National Court Register of October 1997, all companies, commercial partnerships, and sole proprietorships must be listed in the Register of Entrepreneurs, part of the district court-managed National Court Register.

The Register of Entrepreneurs is a public document.
