If you sell alcohol, or allow alcohol to be sold on unlicensed premises you may be fined up to £20,000, imprisoned for up to six months or both.

A temporary event is any event where you intend to carry out a licensable activity on unlicensed premises or wish to operate outside the terms of your existing premises licence or club premises certficate (eg by putting on a wedding).
