A different recording of the song is also included on the soundtrack album to the 1975 film Tommy in which Turner stars as the Acid Queen.

The running order of "The Acid Queen" and "Cousin Kevin" is reversed.

The second track on this album, "Acid Queen," was originally released in 1988, using the pseudonym Major Problem.
