He served as assistant executive secretary of Actors Equity from 1960 to 1963 and also headed the union's industrial show department.
The top ticket price is $17 and members of Actors Equity get less than $400 a week under an arrangement with the union.
"And Actors Equity has given us concessions so that this can happen as a professional piece of theater," he said.
"We run the company as if it were Actors Equity," she said, which means rehearsing eight hours a day, longer during production week.
"Originally, Actors Equity refused to allow us to use more than one camera," she said.
Lamble was president of Actors Equity from 1942 to 1948.
Actors Equity was on strike, and she refused to cross its picket line.
He started his career as an actor, but soon became assistant executive secretary of Actors Equity, serving from 1948 to 1954.
"We want to expand into a full season - and a bigger contract with Actors Equity," she added.
Four performers in each show are members of Actors Equity.
