Why the hell didn't Apple sell this on day one?
Apple alone has sold more than 30 million songs last year.
I used to think the same thing about Apple selling music.
If Apple was only selling a few million devices per year, would they be able/willing to make that investment in their product?
My points were valid: occasionally Apple will have sold the most.
Apple has sold more than three million video downloads in the last two months.
And Apple sells the computer throughout the world to achieve its large volumes.
Yes, a $499 device is expensive, but Apple doesn't sell for a loss.
In the first three years, Apple sold over 33.75 million units.
Apple is now selling enough stuff that buying Flash costs them several billion every year.
