The council plans to reopen the building, known as the Arts Exchange, with a celebration on June 17.

A similar program will be held for the sixth year at the Arts Exchange in Atlanta.

The Arts Exchange, as the building is now called, is next door to the construction site for the $300 million City Center.

The next will be on Dec. 5, and the Arts Exchange is now accepting submissions.

Westchester artists may also submit proposals for three group exhibitions to be held on the first floor of the Arts Exchange beginning this summer.

Next Saturday and Sunday the studios of resident artists at the Arts Exchange will be open to visitors.

The bulk are on display at the Arts Exchange, where there is ample room for the artists to stretch out.

Back over at the Arts Exchange, several works prompt similarly deep thought.

The largest work is a 72-inch-by-90-inch painting by Nils Hill at the Arts Exchange.

Now comes the next big step: a project to restore the nine-story neo-Classical building, now known as the Arts Exchange.
