Bud, crowding into the tube just below Tom, whispered: "That's just about all the time he has left!"
Bud whispered, as the three made their way to the Titan's air lock.
Bud whispered weakly as a crack up on the mountain peak seemed imminent.
"You'd think he was an old hand with these space monsters," Bud whispered.
"Gawd," Bud whispered in a swift passion of longing, "I wish you was my own kid!"
"I'll take Pop," Bud whispered, but Jerry shook his head and once more shouldered the old fellow as he would carry a bag of grain.
"They'd make a swell pair," Bud whispered loudly.
Bud leaned toward Tom and whispered, "What do they say?"
"I'll tell you in a few seconds, Tom," Bud whispered.
"Seems to be a transmitter," Bud whispered.
