"Going onto the ice, you're fighting a constant battle with your sense of awe," Cheek said.
Cheek, who has since applied to other universities, said he had only himself to blame.
"Hopefully, we will gain confidence down the stretch," said Cheeks.
"It showed that we're a little more strong in the mind than people think we are," Cheeks said.
"We had the trend of young players with guys like Byron and myself for a while," Cheeks said.
"I felt pretty good," said Cheeks, who missed his only shot.
Cheeks said Miller, a true point guard, would help the young players improve.
Cheek said he would funnel his money to a program to help refugees in Chad.
"I thought about this for a while," Cheek said.
Cheek said he thought Harvard did not take well to that.
