I would now like to turn to the subject of the European Conference.

The idea of a European Conference has not been challenged during the debate.

In 2007, two major European conferences recommended against the sale of organs.

In one of my own journals recently, a report featured a European conference on dairy cattle.

The planned European Conference is an important forum for this.

And it called a special European conference on minorities in Geneva next summer.

It would then no longer be possible to fulfil the purpose of the European Conference.

Russia agreed to the visit last month at a European conference in Istanbul.

I would like to hear the Council say something about what it feels is the future of the European Conference.

Theoretically, after all, there is still the European Conference.
