There are four forms available to municipalities through the Faulkner Act:
Lower Township adopted the Council-Manager form of government under the Faulkner Act in 1984.
Woodbridge is governed under the Faulkner Act (Mayor-Council) system of municipal government.
Irvington is governed under the Faulkner Act (Mayor-Council) form of municipal government.
