St. Petersburg was familiar territory to many of the guests at a party for Dr. Brooks's group at the Forbes Gallery, at 60 Fifth Avenue, on Wednesday.

In 2008, Hornig was selected by the National Jewelry Institute to be part of the first contemporary jewelry Designer Showcase on display at The Forbes Galleries in New York City.

His collection and those of his five children have been on public display at the Forbes Gallery at 60 Fifth Avenue.

Several similar pieces are on view at the Forbes Galleries, 62 Fifth Avenue, at 12th Street, in Greenwich Village through Dec. 3.

His artistic bents (no pun intended) and those of 17 other executives are on display at the Forbes Galleries in an exhibition produced by the Business Committee for the Arts, a nonprofit group.

The first gathering was at Forbes Galleries in New York City and Inner Circles now take place throughout the United States as well as Hong Kong, Paris, London, Tokyo and elsewhere.

Entered at 62 Fifth Avenue and charging no admission, the Forbes Galleries are filled with collections of model boats, antique toy soldiers and, until Dec. 30, a glorious array of French period jewelry.
