They offer 30 different interscholastic sports and 14 fine arts activities.

"In those days there was no interscholastic sports for girls," she said.

Over 40 percent of the students participate in interscholastic sports.

About 260 junior and senior high school students played interscholastic sports last fall.

Currently member schools compete in 27 interscholastic sports and 14 fine arts activities.

Of the school's 950 students, more than half play interscholastic sports, said Msgr.

He also said that participation in interscholastic sports was voluntary.

Despite its size, the school has a comprehensive athletic program with over 70 teams among 18 interscholastic sports.

Though small, the district has a full schedule of interscholastic sports and follows a "no cut" policy.
