Iowa Highway 175 is a main east-west route in the northern portion of the state.

Iowa Highway 105 was an original state highway designated in 1920.

Iowa Highway 12 was designated as a state highway in 1920.

The exit also serves as the eastern end of Iowa Highway 3.

Later, the southern end was moved to its present location at Iowa Highway 5.
