He told Judge Parker that customers had recalled seeing two men making the calls.
In 21 years on the federal bench, Judge Parker tried 13,490 cases-344 of which were for capital offenses.
"The government surely is not entitled to always have its close friends as judges," Judge Parker said.
And because she did not pay her brother for the house, Judge Parker concluded that the transfer was fraudulent.
"You've got to take the law as I've charged you," Judge Parker said.
