Operating under the name "Cougars" and "Lady Cougars", with a varsity soccer, basketball and volleyball teams.

Volleyball: The Lady Cougars volleyball squads are 4-time state volleyball champions (1978, 1980, 1983, 1984).

The Lady Cougars defeated four-time defending state champions, the Milton Eagles, to take home the title.

In 1993, two years after the program was created, the Lady Cougars finished 11-2-2 and won the Garden State Championships.

In 2009 the Lady Cougars made the Region XIX playoffs and lost in the first round.

In 2010 the Lady Cougars finished 4th and lost in the regional playoffs.

The Lady Cougars got more exposure than ever before for the 2011-12 season.

In 2001, the Lady Cougars returned to perfect form as NAIA champions with a 38-0 record.

The Lady Cougars rely on a great defense, and love to trap opposing teams and run a fast-break offense.
