The Lake Trail provides a one mile (1.6 km) walk to the lake.

This established outfitter will arrange rides to La Fortuna, usually on the Lake Trail.

Ocean to Lake Trail is a 63-mile greenway spur off the Florida Trail.

The Lake Trail, exclusively for pedestrian and bike traffic, extends from Royal Palm Way (State Road 704) in the south up to the north end of the island.

The Lake Trail is filled daily with bikers, rollerbladers, runners, and dog-walkers.
