Support of an amendment in California has caused Mark Leno to question whether the church's tax-exempt status should be revoked.

In the State Senate, the county is split between the 2nd and 3rd districts, which are represented by Democrats Noreen Evans and Mark Leno, respectively.

Mark Leno (born September 24, 1951) is an American politician, representing California's 11th Senate district, which includes San Francisco and part of San Mateo County.

Lieber was one of only a few heterosexual legislators to joint-author Mark Leno's marriage equality bill.

Mark Leno, a California assemblyman from San Francisco, was also offering a similar bill, saying it was unfair for the team to bank on the city's name if it played elsewhere.

Previously, he was a Member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, and was elected in 2002 to represent the City's 8th District, succeeding Mark Leno.

One of the stupid-visors, Mark Leno, claimed, "This is very much a civil rights issue."

He also was unsuccessful in his race against Mark Leno for the California Assembly in 2002.
