And in 2000, it gave one to Mark Swartz of Tyco.
"Mark Swartz has truly mastered the art of communication," she told jurors during her closing statement.
"At its core, this case is about whether Mark Swartz stole significant amounts of money from the company."
Mark Swartz didn't hide anything because he had nothing to hide.
"Mark Swartz has been swept up in this investigation without consideration for the merits of his own individual case," he said.
