Moss said they are expected to be men first on the field, then players.

The deal, Moss said, could have been worth close to $9 million.

One type could be built in 9 or 10 months, Moss said.

"I look up to that guy because of the things he does on the court," Moss said.

"He told me his daughter was going to get married," Moss said.

"We wanted to come out here and send a message," Moss said.

Initial stage of the construction could be done within a year, Moss said.

"Some of the people here would be good at it," Moss said.

"There's no question that he would be part of the team," Moss said.
