Mr. Cotton, the spokesman, said there were no plans either for expansion or cutting back.
"Kids getting injured when they're known to the system is something that was going on," Mr. Cotton said.
After five years, Mr. Cotton said, that rate dropped 50 percent.
Mr. Cotton argued that with so many new networks, producers will have ample opportunity to make the best deal possible for their shows.
Mr. Cotton said the children may not have understood that they were being mistreated.
Mr. Cotton admits that his 1,000 virtual clients are not buying a lot of personal attention.
Mr. Cotton, himself a weekend golfer, has designed a program to help him improve his own game.
