"There's gotten to be just too many of them in one area," said Mr. Moon, a military officer.
"They portray Mr. Moon as just another respected religious leader."
Mr. Moon and his wife returned to the hospital a few days later, this time with their oldest daughter, who spoke a little English.
Mr. Moon wants to build a parking lot there instead.
Mr. Moon was there, according to the minutes, urging the board to sell him the lot so his business could expand.
