I think it will be a good thing to have social care in with NHS services.
The bigger issue is the impact that the bill already has, and will have on the actual delivery of NHS services.
Many trusts and hospitals choosing use a private company, instead of the NHS service.
In 2009 the last NHS services moved out of the buildings leaving them empty.
NHS services will continue to be largely free at the point of use.
In Britain, the three NHS services only provide health care.
Some specific NHS services do however require a financial contribution from the patient.
The vast majority of NHS services are free at the point of use.
Quality will suffer as a result of this and already has where private companies are brought in to manage NHS services.
As the other poster pointed out the current NHS service simply isn't good enough.
