In 1876, he returned to the Oregon Supreme Court after winning the election.

He then served as the clerk to the Oregon Supreme Court from 1862 to 1864.

In 1858 he ran and was elected to the Oregon Supreme Court.

Then from 1907 until early 1909 he was the commissioner of the Oregon Supreme Court.

Moore was elected to the Oregon Supreme Court in 1892.

He then withdrew from the race for the Oregon Supreme Court.

Notice of appeal to the Oregon Supreme Court was immediately filed.

It was approved, but struck down by the Oregon Supreme Court.
