He previously served as Parliamentary Secretary of the Department of Climate Change, when Penny Wong was the Minister.

Penny Wong is the current Minister for Finance and Deregulation.

Penny Wong, born in Kota Kinabalu in 1968, moved to Australia at age 5.

Penny Wong was the first minister with this title, appointed on 3 December 2007 and amended on 26 February 2010.
