"It's physically integrated, but in terms of management and performance each runs his own show," Professor Jones said.
"You never have a feeling that this is the guy who's in charge," Professor Jones said.

Professor Jones said it was an obvious practice long considered essential in the corporate world.
Professor Jones is certainly aware of these problems now, even if he didn't notice them during the review process.
"These are not established chefs with a base of knowledge to draw on," Professor Jones said.
"To find that such flaws have not been corrected in half a decade is awful," Professor Jones said.
"There's a lot riding on that new car," Professor Jones said.
"Winning the lawsuit was one thing," Professor Jones said.
