The Rangers said they did not know where he was and asked the police to look for him.
The Rangers said he would miss 10 to 14 days.
"We haven't yet seen the effects of the recent growth in development," one ranger said.
"There are some things a woman should find out for herself," Ranger said.
The Rangers said it will not keep him from training camp in the late summer.
"Let me know if you want the system put back in," Ranger said.
"We must get him back to the sea at once," the ranger said.
The Rangers said they felt he had not reported to training camp in great shape.
Rangers say there may be 350 to 550 bears in the park.
