The African Sacred Ibis occurs in marshy wetlands and mud flats, both inland and on the coast.
In the aviary, you can watch breeding groups or colonies of Sacred Ibis and Scarlet Ibis.
It will also nest inside the large stick nests of the Sacred Ibis or Abdim's Stork.
