The College Board recognized Free State High with the 2007-08 Siemens Award for Advanced Placement participation and performance.

In 2006-07 the school won the Siemens Awards for Advanced Placement as a whole for school-wide achievement in math and science.

Sammamish was named the Washington state recipient of 2006-07 Siemens Awards of Advanced Placement.

Jordana Williams, a senior at the Haynes Academy at the time, was one of two winners of the 2010 Siemens Award.

Central was honored with the Siemens Award for Advanced Placement achievement in math and science in 2008.

In the 2007-2008 academic year MLK received the Siemens Award for Advanced Placement, for one of the best scientific and math-based academic programs in the country.

D'Evelyn was named the high school state winner for Colorado in the 2006-07 Siemens Awards for Advanced Placement.

The O'Bryant School was awarded the Siemens Award for Advanced Placement in 2003 by the Siemens Foundation.

Central was the only high school in Minnesota to be honored by the Siemens Foundation in their 2007-08 Siemens Awards for Advanced Placement.

It also received the Siemens Award as the top Advanced Placement School in the state of Georgia in 2008 and was recognized in USA Today.
