Sport England is the name for the English Sports Council.

Built sports facilities is not something that Sport England has direct repsonsibilty over at the moment.

The cycle track was built with the help of a £400,000 grant from Sport England's community club development.

It gains most of its funding through Sport England.

Clubmark was introduced by Sport England in 2002 and is currently being implemented across 34 sports.

Earlier in that year it had also received a smaller grant from Sport England.
