Sterling also said it was negotiating with several other companies for a possible takeover.

Sterling said he was not trying to tell residents what they should believe.

"He and his young friends realized a considerable profit," Sterling said.

"He could still sell the information to someone else," Sterling said.

"I don't think there is a worry for the moment," Sterling said.

"If it makes you more comfortable to believe that, that's fine," Sterling said.

"Let me have a look with those binoculars," Sterling said.

Sterling said the agreements would take effect if the company was taken over.

But Sterling also said that it was negotiating with several other possible buyers.

"I've been trying to reach you for a day and a half," Sterling said.
