The 45th Sustainment Brigade is composed of four battalions.

The division is supported by the 15th Sustainment Brigade.

The battalion is now subordinate to the 593rd Sustainment Brigade.

The 10th Transportation is a subordinate unit of the 7th Sustainment Brigade.
