They're not revolutionary-at least, most aren't-but looking at their effects on the System Guide, we see some nice new options for us to consider.

Considering "after rebate" prices in the System Guide is a bit too unpredictable for us, so do not expect them here.

Choice appears to be the hallmark of this edition of the System Guide.

The bottom line remains the same as it always does-the System Guide builds get faster and cheaper.

This update of the System Guide brings big changes in some areas, and relatively few changes in others.

Other changes are less significant, but 2011 has started off as an interesting year and it looks like it will remain so for the System Guide.

Hard disks still represent a place of tremendous flexibility in the System Guide.

I'd like to see the System Guides updated more often.

They're nice, but no longer mandatory parts of the System Guide.
