Uncle Al cast an eye toward the noises coming from the pool.
Uncle Al pulled himself up quickly from the driver's seat and turned to us.
Uncle Al didn't seem to hear any of this.
Uncle Al waited for everyone to get silent, then pointed off to the side.
Then Uncle Al appeared at the front of the line.
I was close enough to call out to Uncle Al.
Uncle Al stood near the middle of the line and motioned us into a tight circle so we could hear him.
Uncle Al took two steps toward me, the rifle still in his hands.
I wasn't going to do anything else Uncle Al said.
Uncle Al put his arm around my shoulder and guided me away from the group of campers.
