Turn down the heat and add the cumin, coriander and paprika.
Add the onion, the remaining parsley and coriander, and enough water to just cover.
I have added some onions, garlic, yellow squash and coriander.
Add the onions, garlic, chili, coriander and bay leaves; saute for 5 minutes.
Add the vinegar and coriander, cook briefly, toss and stir well.
Reduce by half and add butter and remaining coriander.
Add the gin and coriander, and blend well with a fork.
Add bread and coriander and toss to coat in oil.
Simmer gently for 10 minutes, remove from the heat and add the lime juice and coriander.
Just before serving, add fresh coriander as garnish.
