Add the mustard and cumin, making sure to keep your face away from the pan.
Add the turmeric and cumin, and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Add cumin and toast for 2 minutes, shaking pan occasionally.
Add more lemon juice, garlic, cumin or salt to taste.
Add the onions, garlic and cumin, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir 5 minutes and then add the vinegar, cumin, salt and pepper.
Add the peppers and cumin and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Add bread crumbs, mustard, cumin and pepper to food processor.
Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the onions, the sesame seeds and cumin.
Place in a large bowl, add chilies, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper.
