Add the rice, and cook as in Step 3 for 5 minutes.
Add the rice and 1/4 cup of the chicken stock.
Add rice, separating it with your hands as you do so.
Turn up the heat under the vegetables, cook for two minutes, then add the rice.
Add the rice to the pan and stir for 2 minutes.
Add rice to the fish stock and cook gently for 45 minutes.
Add the rice and cook, stirring, for a couple of minutes.
Add the rice, stirring, and cook for a minute or two.
Add the rice, reduce the heat to medium and simmer.
Add the rice and stir to coat with the butter.
