Add the garlic, parsley, tarragon and half of the spinach and continue to simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Turn down and add tarragon and the salt and pepper to taste.
Fry until it just begins to color, then add the mushrooms and tarragon.
Cook about 1 minute and add the broth and tarragon.
Beat in the olive oil and add the garlic and tarragon.
Add the heavy cream and tarragon to the morels.
Add tarragon and cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap.
Add tarragon and cook for 30 seconds, then tomatoes.
Remove from the heat and add the lettuce and tarragon.
Add the garlic head, tarragon and thyme and sweat for 5 minutes.
