Take care not to add the warm liquid mixture all at once.
Add the mixture to the sauce and season with pepper.
Add the garlic mixture to the pan and let heat through.
Add the mixture into a pot and steam for 20 minutes.
When mussels open fully, add mixture and let stand for 10 minutes.
Make a well in center of dry ingredients; add wet mixture.
Add the remaining mixture to the top of the cake and smooth it over.
Add half the mixture to the pan with the bacon, and stir.
Add the mixture to the pasta and toss to coat well.
