Bake on center rack until golden brown, about 10 minutes.

Bake 15 minutes on center rack, turning sheet halfway through baking time.

Heat oven to 350 degrees with baking sheet on center rack.

Move the pie to the center rack and lower the oven setting to 350 degrees.
