When hot, add chicken pieces and brown on both sides (about 3 minutes per side).
Mix well, then return the chicken pieces to the pan.
Stir in the chicken pieces and set aside for 30 minutes.
Drain chicken one piece at a time and put in bag.
Heat the oil in a skillet and add the chicken pieces.
Turn the chicken pieces and brown for about 1 minute.
Add half of the chicken pieces, skin side down, in one layer.
Return the chicken pieces to the pan and cook for three to five minutes, or until they are done.
Add 6-8 chicken pieces and fry for 5 minutes on all sides.
Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until the chicken pieces are cooked.
