Grill just until cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Turn and cook 3 to 4 minutes on other side.
Turn and cook 10 to 15 minutes on second side.
Cook about 4 minutes or until the pieces are nicely brown on one side.
Cook until vegetables are very soft, 30 to 45 minutes.
Cook until bubbles begin to break through, two to three minutes.
Turn and cook 2 to 3 minutes on the second side.
If you wish the fish to be well done, cook 5 minutes on each side.
Cook until other side is browned, another 10 to 12 minutes.
