The electric motor appears to have been an existing unit from the company's range, and delivered 2.5 hp at 2,300 rpm.
Note: some sources claim the engine delivered 2,300 hp in testing, and that 2,500 was the design power.
Both are equipped with a six-cylinder-rear-mounted engine delivering 360 hp as standard.
The engine was completed fairly quickly, but proved to be underpowered, delivering 8-10 hp when they had asked for at least 12.
