The designer said he is learning a lot that way about what American women want.

The designer said his idea was to show that there is just one world for everyone.

The designer said he didn't think of any age group when making his collection.

"Everyone says they want out of black," said the designer.

"Our whole society is based on movement," the designer said.

But the designer couldn't say what the final product, due later this year, would look like.

"Women still want them for big parties all over the country," the designer said.

Designers say there's no reason this shouldn't apply to your home.

"Things of quality, no matter what the period, can go together," the designer says.

"I wanted the dining room to be more Federal in feeling," says the designer.
