It will have two-bedroom, two-bath apartments with 1,100 square feet, priced at $163,597.

They will variously offer one- to three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 700 to 1,900 square feet, priced from $950 to $2,575 a month.

Work has started on the third building, Madison Plaza, which will have 92 apartments with 602 to 1,308 square feet priced from $115,000 to $376,000.
