The fresh thyme in it is typical of the Bahamas.
I used the chopped fresh thyme, the parsley and basil from my own garden.
I like to add onions, garlic and some fresh thyme to my rice.
Add 2 ounces fresh thyme, and boil 5 minutes.
I tossed the mixture with olive oil and fresh thyme.
They come steamed in white wine, or served up with ground mustard, onions and fresh thyme.
